Lead Fox Clothing sales shifts through fashion expertise, team coaching, and customer-focused execution. This in-store role reports directly to the Store Manager.
As Shift Lead, you motivate, inspire, and develop associates while representing the Fox Clothing brand. You collaborate with the Assistant and Store Manager to oversee financial success, customer experiences, profitable sales growth, replenishment, and merchandising. The role requires supervisory experience in fashion or apparel retail and comfort making decisions when managers are absent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach associate behaviors across sales floors and fitting rooms
- Open and close stores as needed
- Maintain apparel replenishment and stock control
- Direct merchandise flow, mannequins, and outfit displays
- Provide exceptional fashion-focused customer experiences
Requirements:
- Minimum one year supervisory experience in comparable fashion retail
- Ability to achieve individual selling goals and metrics
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift and move products up to 50 pounds
