Key Responsibilities:
• Seed micro and baby leafy greens daily
• Harvest and package fresh products efficiently
• Handle farm materials safely and responsibly
• Participate actively in sanitation practices
Requirements:
• Ability to work 12-hour rotational shifts
• Detail-oriented and physically capable of lifting 50lbs
• Reliable, efficient, and fast-paced work skills
• Passionate about local produce and environmental impact
• Legally authorized to work in Canada
