The Opportunity To meet our growth challenges, WSP is currently seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join our teams located in Calgary, AB, Edmonton, AB or Ontario offices. What you’ll do Function as the process discipline lead on projects, managing client relationships and project quality and ensuring that budget and schedule targets are met. Coordinate with team members, other WSP groups, equipment vendors, clients, and sub-contractors. Prepare technical reports, specifications, process schematics, and layout drawings, including review of deliverables produced by junior and intermediate colleagues. Perform process and technology selection, equipment sizing and specification, mass balance, hydraulic analysis, and 3D layout review, including review of analysis and design by junior and intermediate colleagues. Mentor and provide on-the-job training for junior and intermediate colleagues. Manage multiple projects, including resource management, budgeting, strategy development, staff reviews, and training programs; provide project support for senior staff as required. Engage in hybrid-based consulting engineering work with some opportunities for travel and fieldwork. What you’ll bring to WSP Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering 12+ years of experience as a process engineer within a consulting environment; Lead experience is an asset Experience in oil and gas (gas processing), hydrogen, and carbon capture facilities Current P.Eng license in your province of residence Experience with HYSIS or Promax is an asset Strong interpersonal and client-relations skills Strong project management and discipline lead skills About Us WSP is one of the world’s leading professional services firms.
