Position: Technical Sales Manager We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technical Sales Manager to join our growing team. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by promoting our high-end software solutions and engineering consulting services. The ideal candidate will excel at identifying customer needs, developing tailored solutions, and establishing long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development
- Promote and sell ENA2's software solutions and engineering consulting services to new and existing clients.
- Grow sales among existing customers through exceptional support and introducing new or existing products and services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by building and maintaining a strong sales funnel.
- Prepare plans and strategies to achieve company sales goals and develop new business opportunities.
Client Engagement and Relationship Building
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, ensuring their expectations are exceeded through effective communication and delivery.
- Travel to meet with current and potential customers and attend industry events.
- Conduct post-proposal evaluations and client debriefs to gain insights for improving the proposal process.
Technical Presentations and Solutions
- Facilitate technical presentations and discussions to showcase the value of ENA2's products and services.
- Tailor solutions to client needs by working closely with internal teams to align deliverables.
Proposal and Pricing Strategy
- Prepare detailed proposals, including executive summaries, project descriptions, and supporting documents such as CVs and qualification summaries.
- Lead the development of pricing strategies and profitability analyses, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market demands.
Performance Analysis and Strategic Planning
- Analyze monthly sales reports and collaborate with management to refine and adapt the strategic sales plan.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of market challenges and opportunities.
Team Collaboration and Leadership
- Work closely with ENA2's delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Align personal and team efforts with the company's strategic targets and objectives.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Business Development, or Marketing.
- 7+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing.
- Demonstrated ability in developing new clients and maintaining a sales funnel.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding revenues through new accounts.
- Self-motivated with the initiative to exceed expectations.
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage shifting priorities in a deadline-oriented environment.
- Excellent English language and writing skills, with the ability to proofread and understand technical terminology.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., InDesign, Photoshop) is desirable.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with a range of stakeholders, from senior-level management to design and administrative staff.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
- Legal right to work in Canada.
