This role requires strong business-facing communication skills, deep experience in retail or CPG environments, and proven success delivering large-scale Agile programs. Basic Qualifications 8+ years of overall professional experience 5+ years of enterprise IT project / program management experience 5+ years of experience in Retail or CPG organizations Hands-on experience leading large Agile implementations Strong business-facing communication and stakeholder engagement skills Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives (preferred) Experience managing global delivery teams (strongly preferred) Agile certifications (strongly preferred) Key Responsibilities Project Management & Leadership Lead and manage cross-functional project teams by setting goals, objectives, and priorities Conduct regular team status meetings to review progress, address risks, and resolve issues Build and maintain strong working relationships with project sponsors, business leads, vendors, and technical teams Serve as the single point of contact for all project-related communications Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to evaluate needs and recommend solutions Manage vendor relationships, including prioritization, negotiation, issue resolution, and performance tracking Assess IT project management needs and deliver recommendations to IT stakeholders Identify project risks and proactively recommend and implement mitigation strategies Planning, Scope, Schedule & Budget Management Facilitate definition of project scope and develop detailed project plans Independently track milestones and critical dates to identify schedule risks Monitor scope, schedule, budget, and resource utilization Analyze variances, gather project metrics, and implement corrective actions as needed Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills Strong relationship-building and team leadership capabilities Ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and executive leadership Proven ability to collaborate, influence, persuade, and negotiate Highly organized with strong attention to detail and quality Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong critical thinking, judgment, and problem-solving skills Customer-service oriented with a proactive mindset Comfortable handling challenging situations with professionalism Staffworxs is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
