Marketing Automation Specialist - AI Join the dynamic role focused on building and maintaining AI-driven marketing infrastructure for agency clients in Tokyo. This position centers on implementing and optimizing backend systems that streamline client operations, enhance lead conversion, and improve communication workflows. You will collaborate closely with the founder and creative team to deliver tailored automation solutions for small businesses across diverse sectors, including cafés, salons, boutiques, clinics, and real estate. The ideal candidate is passionate about leveraging technology to drive business growth and is eager to contribute to a forward-thinking agency environment. Deliverables Set up and manage automated pipelines for lead generation and client onboarding Implement and maintain AI responders and chatbot systems for client communication Configure and optimize CRM workflows using platforms such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or Zoho Integrate booking and scheduling systems to streamline client interactions Utilize automation tools like Zapier, Make, or Pabbly to connect various business applications Edit and update websites or funnels on platforms such as Wix or Webflow as needed Support the creative team in delivering seamless project execution Provide ongoing system maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure reliability Requirements Proven experience with CRM systems (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) Proficiency in automation tools (Zapier, Make, Pabbly, or equivalent) Familiarity with AI chatbot platforms and messaging automation Basic knowledge of website or funnel editing (Wix, Webflow, or similar) Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with remote teams Flexibility to engage on a project or monthly basis, with potential for long-term collaboration Experience with LINE bots or basic Japanese language skills is a plus, but not required About Twine Twine is a leading freelance marketplace connecting top freelancers, consultants, and contractors with companies needing creative and tech expertise.
