Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of refined brand identities, with a strong point of view across typography, layout, photography, and graphic storytelling. Build and define visual systems that scale across brand, print, environmental, and digital applications. Bring polish and consistency to every project, whether you’re refining a pitch deck or building a brand book. Present design work clearly and confidently to internal teams and clients, articulating rationale and design decisions. Stay ahead of industry trends, share inspiration and help raise the overall creative bar. Your Qualifications Minimum 6 years of experience at a creative or branding agency, with a strong focus on brand identity work. A portfolio that demonstrates high-end, contemporary design sensibilities and exceptional taste. Real estate and/or luxury branding experience is a major asset. Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite. Proven ability to leverage generative AI tools, such as Midjourney, Gemini, Firefly, etc. Experience with Figma, Keynote and Google Slides; bonus points for After Effects. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects without sacrificing craft. Ability to bring designs to life with animation or motion graphics is a plus. The Work Environment Balance in-office time at our private East Room studio (507 King Street East, Toronto) with part-time remote work. Enjoy Summer Hours and Flex Days throughout the year. Comprehensive medical including vision and mental health coverage. Compensation Salary range: $80,000 to $100,000, based on experience and level of seniority.
