The Work You Will Do Work collaboratively in a team-based environment, practicing an expanded scope of nursing to deliver primary and emergency care for all residents—from newborns to elders—through nursing stations and health centers in a clinic setting Apply advanced skills in observation, assessment, nursing diagnosis, counseling, and health teaching, guided by individualized care plans Lead health promotion initiatives, conduct assessments, and plan and implement care using Best Practice Clinical Guidelines Provide comprehensive services including primary care, emergency care, travel nursing, care plan development, infection prevention and control (IPAC), communicable disease management, and immunizations Ensure the comfort and safety of clients at all times, within the scope of practice Why Bayshore?
