UPS is seeking a dedicated part time Package Handler for its Richmond location. You will learn and execute package handling methods while operating heavy machinery. Flexibility is required for shifts from Monday to Friday, including early evenings, ensuring efficient processing of packages.
Key Responsibilities:
• Load and unload UPS packages into trailers and delivery vehicles
• Scan, sort, and track packages accurately throughout the process
• Execute proper UPS package handling techniques in all tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Cooperate with team members to ensure operational efficiency
Requirements:
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Must read and memorize postal codes accurately
• Flexible availability for shifts, up to 5 days a week
• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Commitment to safety and quality standards
