You will assist in grading operations, ensuring ground surfaces are properly leveled according to project specifications. Duties include operating hand tools, collaborating with crew members, and maintaining safety and organization on site. The role demands effective communication and a solid understanding of grading practices and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in clearing, leveling, and grading surfaces
• Work with equipment to confirm elevation accuracy
• Use hand tools for surface preparation
• Install and maintain guiding markers for grading
• Conduct site clean-up to uphold safety standards
Requirements:
• Construction or grading experience is a plus
• Must be able to work outdoors in different weather
• Physically fit for manual labor tasks
• Knowledge of safety procedures and tools required
• Valid driver's license is necessary
