Project Manager Oracle Procurement

We are looking for a talented Project Manager who can lead an Oracle Cloud Procurement implementation from start to finish. If you have a talent for leadership, excellent communication skills, and a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget, this could be the perfect role for you


What You'll Do:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of our Oracle Cloud Procurement implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals and project requirements.
  • Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and allocate resources effectively to meet project milestones.
  • Work with various teams, including business stakeholders, technical experts, consultants, and vendors, to ensure alignment throughout all project phases.
  • Track project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement strategies to address challenges.
  • Regularly update stakeholders, sponsors, and senior management on the project status through meetings, reports, and presentations.
  • Follow project management best practices and methodologies to maintain high standards throughout the project lifecycle. Help the organization prepare for and adopt the new Oracle Cloud Procurement solution.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members, promoting a collaborative and high-performance environment.


Must-Have Skills:

  • Proven experience in managing complex IT projects, especially within the Oracle Cloud ecosystem, using methodologies like Agile or Waterfall.
  • Excellent skills in engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify and mitigate project risks and issues promptly.


Nice to Have Skills:

  • Certification in Oracle Cloud Procurement or related modules.
  • Experience leading change initiatives and helping organizations transition to new systems and technologies.
  • Experience managing relationships with external vendors and consultants.
