Position Description
As an Analytics Engineer at Housing.Cloud, you will manage and improve the technical onboarding process for new clients and partners. This involves designing, developing, and deploying specialized ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) solutions, ensuring seamless data migration and integration tailored to our clients’ systems.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement robust ETL pipelines to facilitate efficient data analysis and reporting.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Engineering team to enhance and productize common data integration systems.
- Participate in technical discussions with potential clients to align our data solutions with their security and operational standards.
- Innovate and strategize technical improvements for the Customer Success department.
- Work alongside Product Engineering to streamline the client onboarding process through automation and optimized workflows.
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- 2+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Analysis, or a similar role.
- Proficient in integrating and deploying applications on cloud platforms like AWS & Snowflake.
- Skilled in handling both structured and unstructured data sets.
- Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
- Passion for continuous learning and sharing knowledge within the team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in SQL and dbt.
- Proficiency in Python and Typescript.
- Proficiency in Excel
- Direct client interaction experience in a technical role.
- Background in working with Student Information Systems.
- Prior experience in a startup environment, especially in EdTech or higher education sectors.
