Science Camp Counsellor Location: Kenora Are you looking for a fun and interesting job this summer? Science North Summer Camps aim to put smiles on kids’ faces, excite them about science, build friendships, and create lasting memories. Be a part of a team that makes all that happen The Science Camp Counsellor will deliver quality, hands-on, fun, and entertaining science camp experiences to children (aged 4-14) across Northwestern Ontario from mid-June to late August. The counsellor will work within a team of staff and individually lead their own group, providing supervision, leadership, and ensuring the physical and emotional safety of all camp participants. Responsibilities include organizing camp activities from setup to cleanup. Science North is committed to recruiting and hiring youth from Kenora to deliver and guide young science campers in their communities. To support this, Science North offers an additional $3 per hour location incentive on top of a competitive base hourly rate. Qualifications include a passion for learning, experience working with children, and outstanding communication skills.
