Represent clients in court, mediations, discoveries, and arbitrations. Draft pleadings, affidavits, correspondence, etc. with precision and care. Contribute ideas and take part in initiatives that help us connect with Ontario’s contractors, builders, and homeowners. Support the firm’s thought leadership through writing, speaking, outreach, and creative engagements. Uphold Fridmar Law’s reputation for quality, respect, and attention to detail in every communication. Who You Are A licensed lawyer in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario. 1–3 years of legal experience (construction law preferred, but not mandatory). A strong communicator who writes and formats with precision and professionalism. Organized, dependable, and comfortable taking initiative without constant supervision. Curious about the business of law and how client relationships and trust are built. Seeking a long‑term home, not a short‑term stop. You want to grow with the firm, not simply work for it.
