Work independently and collaboratively to manage existing and new client matters: complex estates, wills variation disputes, undue influence claims, and more.
Mentor and collaborate, guiding staff and junior lawyers, shaping strategy, and contributing to the firm’s ethos of "human first, lawyer second." Combine business development, client support, and high‑calibre litigation work in a flexible, forward‑looking environment. You bring 6+ years (the more the better) of estate litigation experience. Commercial litigation experience is an asset. Demonstrated capability to develop and sustain a book of business.
Subject‑matter expertise in estate litigation, complex and contentious estate matters, etc. Strong leadership, mentorship skills, and a collaborative mindset. A desire to work in a modern, flexible, tech‑enabled environment with a growing national presence. Bonus: a dog‑friendly office + social activities The salary range for this position is $130,000–$160,000. Actual compensation will depend on the candidate’s experience, competencies, and year of call.
