Akash Homes is seeking a Site Assistant for its Construction team. You will learn construction sequencing, inspection requirements, quality standards, and trade coordination while supporting homes from early construction through possession. The role develops communication, judgement, organization, and leadership skills for increasing responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support homes through all residential construction stages
- Monitor job sites for quality, safety, and scheduling concerns
- Prepare homes for trades, inspections, walkthroughs, and possession
- Complete minor repairs, finishing work, and touch-ups
- Maintain clean, safe, organized homes and sites
Requirements:
- Interest in residential construction and leadership development
- Comfort using hand tools and power tools safely
- Understanding of basic construction and job site safety
- Strong organization, communication, and time management skills
- Clean Driver’s Abstract and reliable transportation required
