Responsibilities Serve as the contact point for colleagues for any HR related questions. Handle basic accounting duties – payroll and accounts payable. Proactively manage the recruitment cycle of the hourly workforce – job postings, interviews, and orientations. Maintain the employee database to ensure accurate information. Accountable for office duties as indicated by the Store Manager. Continuously identify great talent to join our team. Support the Front End department and Front End colleagues. Qualifications Familiarity with company systems is an asset. Available to work days and weekends. Demonstrated team player committed to contributing to team results. Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, problem‑solving, and organizational skills – able to manage multiple priorities. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, sometimes unpredictable environment. Computer skills (PC Applications; Outlook/E‑mail, Excel) is an asset.
