Benefits Attractive salary to help cover student debt or other expenses “My Flexibility” program – finish at noon on Fridays to enjoy the day Real projects that match your strengths and interests Social activities, such as foosball at lunch Responsibilities Carry out time studies in various plant areas and processes Analyze results, make recommendations, and participate in implementing improvements Participate in follow‑up meetings for different projects Write or revise work instructions to guide operators toward efficient and productive work Qualifications Undergraduate (Bachelor’s) candidate in Industrial Engineering Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine concern for others’ needs Knowledge of value‑stream principles and the main wastes in production Strong grasp of material‑flow concepts Internship Details May 4 – August 14, 2025; Mondays to Fridays, 40 hours per week.
