Under the supervision of the Logistics Supervisor, the Material Handler I will perform essential warehouse functions such as loading, picking, packing, and cycle counting. This position emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a company committed to employee satisfaction and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Safely operate forklift equipment
• Conduct accurate shipping and receiving processes
• Complete necessary paperwork for operations
• Support maintenance of automated systems
• Meet performance metrics consistently
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One year experience in warehouse operations
• Valid Forklift Operator's License required
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift 35 lbs and work flexible shifts
