Job Title: AI Application Architect


Position Description: As an AI Application Architect, your role involves analyzing, designing, documenting, and leading the production of architecture deliverables. These include target blueprints, implementation strategies, capabilities-driven gap analysis, and market scans. You will collaborate with various technical and business teams to support the implementation and evolution of our AI products. These products encompass call quality center analytics, underwriter advisory expert systems, and foundational ML-Ops capabilities.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Proficiency in architecting serverless and multi-tenant applications on AWS.
  • Strong understanding of secure development and architecture principles, including Authentication, Authorization, and Encryption.
  • Knowledgeable in distributed applications architecture.
  • Familiarity with various DevOps paradigms such as DataOps, DevSecOps, and MLOps.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence concepts.


Technologies Required:

  • AWS services: Containers (ECS), Serverless (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, Step Function), IAM, VPC, Amazon SageMaker.
  • AI/ML-Ops platforms (e.g., ML-flow, LabelStudio, Airflow).
  • Front-End experience with technologies like Angular.
  • Experience with container management platforms such as OKE/K8s.


Other Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology/software engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience leveraging architecture frameworks/methodologies such as TOGAF (preferred).
  • Experience with Telephony systems is advantageous.
  • Certification and/or experience: AWS Certified Architect Associate, AWS Certified Developer Associate, AWS Certified SysOps Associate (preferred), AWS Machine Learning Specialty (preferred).

Description du poste: En tant qu'Architecte d'Applications en IA, votre rôle consiste à analyser, concevoir, documenter et diriger la production de livrables d'architecture. Cela comprend des schémas directeurs, des stratégies de mise en œuvre, des analyses des lacunes basées sur les capacités et des analyses de marché. Vous collaborerez avec diverses équipes techniques et commerciales pour soutenir la mise en œuvre et l'évolution de nos produits d'IA. Exigences minimales:

  • Maîtrise de l'architecture des applications sans serveur et multi-locataire sur AWS.
  • Solide connaissance des principes de développement et d'architecture sécurisés, notamment de l'authentification, de l'autorisation et du chiffrement.
  • Connaissance de l'architecture des applications distribuées.
  • Familiarité avec divers paradigmes DevOps tels que DataOps, DevSecOps et MLOps.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en collaboration, avec la capacité d'expliquer des concepts techniques complexes à des parties prenantes diverses.
  • Compréhension approfondie des concepts d'apprentissage automatique et d'intelligence artificielle.
