Descriptif mission In this fully onsite position reporting to the MRO Supply Chain Manager, the ODC Planner will handle all supplier coordination for outsourced parts. Responsibilities include working with local and international Outside Direct Processing (ODC) Suppliers to ship, track, and return outsourced parts with minimal disruption, and liaising with internal MRO teams throughout the process. Success in this role requires attention to detail, strong analysis and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced Manufacturing Facility environment within a small team. Handle various aspects of the ODC Process: purchase order (PO) creation, support RFQ activities, process tracking, warranty adjudication and contract disputes (as applicable, with support from Buyer and/or Manager). Provide technical support in response to supplier inquiries and deviation requests. Prepare open order reports frequently, follow‑up with all suppliers seeking status updates, expedite as necessary and, if impacts other MRO processes, escalated accordingly. Maintain direct and consistent communication with suppliers to ensure on‑time delivery to customers, meeting contract and customer satisfaction requirements. Prepare and analyze cost estimates and verify the defined scope of work. Create, maintain, and publish weekly ODC status reports and monthly supplier performance scorecard as required. Analyze performance and recommend containment and corrective actions in collaboration with internal and external partners. Manage and plan all aspects of shipments to and from the suppliers to support operational requirements. Support internal and external stakeholders per day‑to‑day requirements to achieve customer expectations. Investigate and close all found supplier non‑conformances in a timely manner and effectively by applying problem‑solving methodologies (such as RCCA, 8D, 5Why‑2H). Collaborate with the Finance Team to support varieties of cost‑related activities including but not limited to supplier invoices. Ensure supplier compliance with required accreditation mandates such as AS9100 certification, CGP and ITAR. Lead supplier assessment activities to ensure alignment with Safran and customer requirements. Proactively identify and drive opportunities for continuous improvement within the scope of work. Address and resolve daily supply chain issues, with a focus on local and international logistics activities as well as freight forwarder claims. Qualifications A University Degree or College Diploma in a technical field (Engineering discipline preferred). Familiarity with the aerospace industry and related processes considered an asset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Strong knowledge of ERP applications (SAP preferred). Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills. Effective interpersonal abilities and a collaborative approach with the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision. Supply chain certifications such as SCMP, CCLP, APICS CPIM, CSCP, or CLTD are considered an asset. Minimum age of 18 years.
