The Learning Experience Designer (LXD) is responsible for creating engaging, learner-centered experiences that drive knowledge retention and skill application. This role combines instructional design principles, user experience thinking, and technology to deliver innovative learning solutions aligned with organizational goals. Your day at a glance Create interactive and effective learning experiences (e-learning, blended, instructor‑led, microlearning). Apply adult learning theory and UX principles to design content. Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) and business leaders to identify learning needs. Use learning management systems (LMS) and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate). Use data and feedback to continually enhance learning experiences. Will be required to create content in French and English. What makes you a great fit Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in instructional design or learning experience design. Proficiency in e‐learning authoring tools (Rise and Storyline) and LMS platforms. Strong understanding of adult learning principles and UX design. Excellent communication and project management skills. Fluent in French and English, both verbal and written (interaction with international collaborators and customers). An asset if you have Experience with gamification and multimedia design. Experience in marketing learning content within an organization. Knowledge of data analytics for learning impact measurement.
