This part-time position runs from October through January with flexible scheduling and the possibility of ongoing opportunities. As a Customer Consultant, you will engage customers with care, recommend products, and ensure a memorable shopping experience. Your enthusiasm for customer service will shine as you contribute to a supportive team and maintain store appearance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver outstanding customer service and genuine connections
• Recommend products based on individual customer needs
• Support management to achieve sales goals
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organized store
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve goals
Requirements:
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Passion for beauty and customer service
• Strong communication skills and team attitude
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility for varied work hours during the season
