Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and certified IT Project Manager to lead the deployment of ZIG Superwallet across public transportation, tolling, and venue access projects. This is a high-impact role requiring deep technical knowledge, exceptional organizational skills, and strong leadership across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) .This role requires a strong technology background with excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills to align stakeholders and drive execution in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure flawless execution. Develop and manage detailed project plans, tracking progress and milestones. Proactively manage scope, schedule, and budget changes using appropriate verification techniques. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation and disaster recovery strategies. Prepare comprehensive documentation including status reports, stakeholder presentations, and change logs. Use collaboration tools such as SharePoint and Jira to manage documentation and workflows. Ensure quality assurance and compliance throughout the project lifecycle, including release and deployment management. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, or equivalent) or Agile/Scrum certification. 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in software implementation projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data, resolve issues, and inform decisions. Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts.
