Required Skills Minimum 9 years of progressive leadership experience in health IT or large-scale CIS implementations Proven track record in managing complex technical programs with multiple stakeholders Expertise in CIS platforms (e.g., Epic, Cerner, MEDITECH) and associated technical domains. Strong knowledge of IAM, integration frameworks, data migration strategies, infrastructure design, and biomedical systems. And familiarity with health data standards (HL7, FHIR). Written and spoken competence in English is required Desired Skills Demonstrated experience managing projects related to IAM, Biomed, Integration, Data Migration, Infrastructure and Network, End User Device Deployment, health applications, technical environments, architecture or end user experience (8 years) Demonstrated track record of managing technical deliverables, timelines and budget (8+ years) Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, accessible manner to non-technical audiences, fostering trust and transparency. Clear understanding of governance and risk management through previous project experiences and involvement Demonstrated experience leading a high-performing technical team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
