Overview Senior/Team Lead Full Stack (Node.js/React) developer (Toronto, hybrid) – 5+ years of professional experience. Join to work on an enterprise-level project from Canada. Hybrid work format: 2–3 days in the Toronto office, the rest remote. Responsibilities Lead full-stack development using Node.js and React Collaborate with cross-functional team and stakeholders to define technical direction Provide technical leadership and overall delivery guidance for the delivery team Communicate complex technical topics clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Qualifications 5+ years of experience in full-stack development Proficiency with JavaScript and TypeScript Experience building web applications and APIs (Node.js + React) Experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS, but others are acceptable) Strong problem-solving and research skills Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Strong desire to provide technical leadership and overall direction for the delivery team About Project Product: Our customer is one of the world’s most successful hotel companies. The hotel has 118 properties in 47 countries. For the second consecutive year, the hotel was named the Best Luxury Hotel Chain in the world by Business Traveller magazine. Stage: Ongoing product ecosystem with continuous scaling and active development. Modern tech stack, no legacy. Project team: Our technical team will consist of 6 people: a Project Manager, a Senior Node.js Developer, a Middle React Developer, a Junior Node.js Developer, and a Senior QA Automation Engineer.
