Arkin Furrow Estate Law LLP is seeking an associate with 2-6 years of experience for our boutique estate litigation practice in downtown Toronto. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, enthusiasm for advocacy and passion for the law, good writing skills, and an aspiration to develop a practice in our field. Previous experience in estate litigation is an asset but not required. Our firm has been recognized by Canadian Lawyer magazine as one of Canada’s top 10 wills, trusts and estates law boutique firms for 2025‑26.
