Geotab is seeking an Associate Product Operations Manager who will manage the foundational elements of our customer feedback ecosystem, with a heavy emphasis on Research Operations (ResearchOps) and ensuring the quality and integrity of our customer insights data. If you love technology, and are keen to join an industry leader — we would love to hear from you What you'll do: As an Associate Product Operations Manager your key area of responsibility will be managing the end‑to‑end research roadmap and execution timelines, overseeing participant recruitment, incentive compensation, and the technical setup of research tools like Qualtrics and Pendo, as well as driving data quality and schema governance across inbound customer feedback sources. You will need to work closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, Engineering teams, and external research participants/vendors. To be successful in this role you will be a highly motivated, detail‑oriented, and execution‑focused self‑starter. In addition, the successful candidate will have excellent project management skills with a proven ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder research roadmaps, and a meticulous approach to participant recruitment and data quality. How you'll make an impact: Manage the end‑to‑end research roadmap and execution timelines, acting as the primary operations liaison for product managers and UX designers. Oversee all aspects of participant recruitment, drilling into customer directories and data systems to identify, screen, and schedule the right users for research studies. Manage and maintain internal and external customer research panels, ensuring compliance with GDPR/CCPA and internal data privacy policies. Execute and refine the compensation process for research participants, ensuring timely and accurate incentive distribution to maintain positive customer relations. Formalize and maintain efficient communication loops to share findings, manage stakeholder expectations, and keep customers informed after they have provided feedback. Develop and maintain automated processes to drive efficiency of research processes. Develop and manage the logistical setup of various research studies (e.g., surveys, unmoderated tests, screeners) using core tools like Qualtrics and Pendo. Serve as an administrator or power‑user for core research tools, ensuring seamless integration with the broader data infrastructure. Establish and maintain clear documentation for research processes, recruitment guidelines, and tool usage to facilitate scalable operations. What you'll bring to the role: Previous experience (2-4 years+) in UX Research Operations (ResearchOps), Product Operations, or a similar role focused on research execution and data quality. Hands‑on experience with dedicated UX research or survey tools (e.g., Qualtrics, UserTesting, Dovetail) and familiarity with product analytics platforms (e.g., Pendo, Amplitude). Exceptional organizational and project management skills with a proven ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder research roadmaps. A meticulous, detail‑oriented approach to participant recruitment, incentive management, and data quality to ensure flawless execution of research. Understanding of data structures, schemas, and a willingness to collaborate with engineering teams to scale our insights infrastructure.
