For more about us, visit Position: General Manager The ideal General Manager has a true passion for sales and leadership, and will oversee all aspects of gym operations, sales, member service, and team leadership. The candidate should be an enthusiastic advocate for health and wellness, fostering a thriving team environment with strong sales acumen. Salary: CA$250,000.00–CA$265,000.00 Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of gym operations, sales, member service, and team leadership. Cultivate sales, train Sales Associates, and drive revenue growth across memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training. Maintain and enhance a dynamic company culture with strong leadership. Work in a fast-paced environment with adaptability and proactive problem-solving. Ensure organizational efficiency, prioritization of tasks, and meeting deadlines. Qualifications At least 2 years in a sales-oriented role. At least 2 years in a Management position. Proficiency in cultivating sales and training Sales Associates. Aptitude for managing multiple revenue streams (memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training). Exceptional leadership skills and ability to foster a positive culture. Fluent in English with superior communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment. Proactive in identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective changes. Passionate about fitness, wellness, and people. Flexible schedule (morning, evening, or weekend shifts).
