Support accurate product displays and planograms as a Merchandising Execution Associate with The Home Depot, working in an in-store team. Use customer focus and attention to detail daily.
Merchandising Execution Associates perform merchandising projects, planogram maintenance, overhead organization, and display or signage maintenance. You will execute approved bay service, tasking, projects, and resets safely, accurately, and efficiently. The work supports multiple store departments and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret planograms, project instructions, and service guidelines
- Straighten, clean, and merchandise products for appealing presentation
- Build displays and fixtures using basic hand tools
- Maintain signage, brochures, price labels, and aisle cleanliness
- Access merchandising reports and complete required documentation
Requirements:
- GED or high school diploma equivalent
- Basic computer skills and web-based application knowledge
- Ability to work collaboratively on teams
- Ability to follow safety procedures and identify hazards
- One year of relevant working experience is an asset
