What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience developing production-grade software across frontend and backend environments. Proficiency in Python (Flask/FastAPI), React, TypeScript, and modern API design. Ability to translate user needs into polished, performant web applications. Comfort working with 3D data, simulation tools, or visualization frameworks. Strong communication skills and collaboration across disciplines. You’ll join at the level that best matches your experience and contribution: Intermediate Engineer (typically 3–8 years): $110,000 CAD – $145,000 CADSenior Engineer (typically 8–12 years): $150,000 CAD – $180,000 CADPrincipal Engineer (typically 12+ years): $190,000 CAD and above Our total compensation range of $110,000 CAD – $190,000 CAD + per year covers these levels and includes base salary and equity opportunities.
