Job Summary We are seeking to fill a current vacancy for a Customer Service Logistics Analyst (CSLA) to support our customer service and supply chain operations. This full‑time, permanent role is responsible for coordinating order fulfillment, monitoring logistics performance, resolving delivery issues, and analyzing data to improve service levels and operational efficiency. Job Location Toronto, GO Customer Service & Order Management Serve as a key contact for customers regarding order status, shipping, and delivery issues Proactively resolve service issues such as delays, shortages, or incorrect shipments Maintain accurate order, pricing, and shipping data Logistics Coordination Coordinate shipments with warehouses and carriers Track outbound shipments and ensure on‑time delivery Investigate claims, delivery exceptions, and discrepancies Support transportation planning and freight optimization Analysis & Reporting Analyze logistics and customer service KPIs (OTIF, fill rate, lead times, claims, etc.) Prepare regular reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders Identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for service improvement Support continuous improvement and process optimization projects Job Qualifications 0–3 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or supply‑chain operations Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment Ability to work onsite 2 days per week in a Toronto office MS Excel proficiency; Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or transportation environments (asset) Knowledge of logistics KPIs and service‑level metrics (asset) What We Offer Immediate ownership of responsibilities and key projects from Day 1 Competitive salary, flexible benefits, and a pension plan after 1 year Access to wellness programs, Employee & Family Assistance, and psychological benefits Hybrid work arrangements and flexible work settings Additional Considerations This is a non‑management, hourly‑pay position within the technical career system Relocation is not offered for this role How to Apply Apply on and complete both the application and assessments as soon as possible. Analyste logistique du service à la clientèle (Version française) Nous recherchons actuellement un analyste en logistique du service clientèle (CSLA) pour soutenir nos opérations de service clientèle et de chaîne d’approvisionnement. Ce poste permanent à temps plein consiste à coordonner l’exécution des commandes, à surveiller les performances logistiques, à résoudre les problèmes de livraison, et à analyser les données afin d’améliorer les niveaux de service et l’efficacité opérationnelle. Réponsabilités principales (Français) Servir de contact principal pour les clients concernant le statut des commandes, l’expédition et les problèmes de livraison Résoudre de manière proactive les problèmes liés au service tels que les retards, les ruptures de stock ou les expéditions incorrectes Tenir à jour des données précises sur les commandes, les prix et les expéditions Coordination logistique (Français) Coordonner les expéditions avec les entrepôts et les transporteurs Suivre les expéditions sortantes et garantir une livraison dans les délais Enquêter sur les réclamations, les exceptions de livraison et les divergences Analyse et rapports (Français) Analyser les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) en matière de logistique et de service à la clientèle Préparer des rapports et des tableaux de bord réguliers pour les parties prenantes internes Identifier les tendances, les causes profondes et les possibilités d’amélioration du service Qualifications (Français) 0 à 3 ans d’expérience dans le service à la clientèle, la logistique ou les opérations de chaîne d’approvisionnement Solides compétences en analyse et résolution de problèmes; excellentes compétences en organisation et priorisation Capacité de travailler de façon autonome et en équipe dans un environnement dynamique Disponibilité pour travailler sur place 2 jours par semaine dans nos bureaux de Toronto Ce que nous offrons (Français) Des responsabilités dès le premier jour; vous aurez des projets et des responsabilités importants à mener à bien Couverture sociale flexible, salaire compétitif, et plan de retraite après 1 an de service Considérations suppléméntaires (Français) Il s’agit d’un poste non‑cadre rémunéré à l’heure dans notre système de carrière technique Aucune aide à la relocalisation offerte pour ce poste Comment s’inscrire (Français) Postulez sur et complétez votre candidature et les évaluations le plus tôt possible. #J-18808-Ljbffr
