Defines requirements, planning, scheduling, monitoring milestones and costs, and works to remove barriers to project success. Has authority and autonomy to deliver on accountabilities. Takes ownership for processes under own control. Performs qualification on new processes being introduced. Implements engineering changes. Defines and sets up product routing and SFDC. Performs time studies. Manages the BOM and allocations. Education and Experience Generally requires a University degree in Science or Engineering.
