Walmart’s Photo Lab Technician assists with Photo Lab operations and customer orders. The role includes promoting products and services, directing self-serve equipment use, locating merchandise, and resolving customer issues. It also supports workflow, equipment chemistry, and salesfloor presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers politely and provide friendly assistance
- Execute customer orders and complete Photo Lab workflow
- Perform quality tests and calibrate equipment
- Monitor equipment chemistry for optimum results
- Stock, rotate, sign, and price merchandise
Requirements:
- Be 16 years of age or older
- Complete required in-store certification programs
- Work according to Company policies and procedures
- Handle cash occasionally and become Cash Trained
- Maintain a safe working environment
