LOCATION: YYZ POSITION NAME: Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Supervisor - Full‑time position RESPONSIBILITIES Lead, direct and motivate assigned team of up to 12 AME’s Thorough communication with customers MOC, schedule and conduct customer maintenance tasks on their specific policies and procedures. Communicate and hand over to opposite supervisor to maintain operation consistency. Keep and maintain all employee shift schedule and daily operation workorders in Bi2 Work closely with the PRM and QA Manager to ensure all training standards are being met and maintained for compliance with CAR’s. Ensure paperwork and logbook entries are complete and accurate. Keep a clean and organized working environment. Promote current policies and procedures as defined in the company MPM and QCP documents. Revise existing procedures and generate new processes to enhance safety, knowledge and efficiencies. Actively participate in the Wright International SMS including, reporting hazards and incidents encountered in daily operations; understand, comply and promote the company safety policies. Other duties as assigned by the Director of Maintenance. QUALIFICATIONS Must have a valid Transport Canada AME M2 license and minimum of three endorsements (B737NG/MAX, B777, B787 – A320CEO/NEO – A330CEO/NEO, A350, preferred). Must hold a valid RAIC and AVOP for YYZ. Previous AME Lead/Supervisor experience required - proven ability to lead a team of AMEs. Ability to communicate effectively. Excellent planning and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
