Urban Barn, a national retailer with over 50 locations, is looking for a Full-Time Store Supervisor. This role involves collaborating with the Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth operations and a positive shopping experience across shifts, including evenings and weekends. Ideal candidates possess retail sales experience and customer service leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide customers in making informed decor choices
• Open and close the store efficiently
• Train and coach team members regularly
• Support stock and merchandising tasks
• Maintain visual standards and store cleanliness
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience
• Proven customer service leadership skills
• Flexibility for varied work shifts
• Ability to lift loads up to 50 lbs/23 kg
• Strong commitment to team collaboration
