Organization: Mercor Position: Software Engineer (SWE) Type: Hourly contract Compensation: $65–$85 per hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week, flexible and asynchronous Role Responsibilities Engage in software engineering tasks and develop solutions for AI-powered systems. Collaborate with teams to design, test, and optimize software solutions. Work remotely with a focus on achieving high-quality and efficient code development. Ideal Qualifications Strong background in software engineering with proven experience in development. Proficiency in programming languages, frameworks, and development tools. Experience with AI and machine learning-related systems is a plus.
