About the Role
Join a dynamic team dedicated to creating advanced reporting solutions that drive critical business decisions. As a Reporting Developer , you’ll collaborate with stakeholders in the U.S. healthcare sector, utilizing your expertise in SQL and reporting tools to build, maintain, and optimize reports that empower decision-makers.
In this role, you’ll focus on SQL development , crafting sophisticated stored procedures and leveraging tools like Power BI Paginated Reports and SSRS . Your contributions will ensure that the company’s reporting infrastructure remains efficient, reliable, and ahead of the curve.
What You’ll Do
- Design and deliver high-quality, complex reports that provide actionable insights for business users and customers.
- Develop and optimize T-SQL stored procedures , including dynamic SQL queries.
- Maintain and enhance proprietary backend and middle-tier reporting systems .
- Collaborate with business users to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Continuously analyze, document, and implement technical improvements to boost system performance.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong SQL skills , with proven experience in solving complex data challenges.
- Expertise in Power BI Paginated Reports or SSRS (experience with Crystal Reports is a bonus).
- Exceptional communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A meticulous and detail-oriented work style to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience in the Healthcare or Insurance industry .
- Familiarity with C# to assist in maintaining applications (not a core requirement).
