Wax Injector

Responsibilities

Inject various types of runners dies, patterns, soluble and wax assemblies. Ensures that all wax injections are performed as required per company standards. Performs repetitive injections and controls the resulting wax injection, extrusion, and billets. Performs inspection of all wax injections and validates with team lead or supervisor.

Follows established protocol for notification of potential deviations or scrap trends. Assures the necessary stock of materials for the area to maximize productivity. Must pay close attention to detail. Sets up and maintains air guns and tools as required to perform specific activities.

Performs other duties as required. Respects the values and code of ethics of the company.

Qualifications

Product criteria. Ability to understand activity instruction. Ability to handle hoists. Respects the Environment, Health & Safety programs of the company.
