YOUR TALENTS WILL BE USED TO MEET THE FOLLOWING CHALLENGES:Analyze tenders, describe the technical aspects of each project, validate feasibility and associated risks (surface calculations, weights, etc.); Issue technical specifications and perform calculations required to complete projects; Participate in the work planning; Operate computer-assisted design and drafting stations; Issue and update various reports and drawings (as fitted/as built) related to contractual requirements and/or established standards and procedures (miscellaneous dry dock measurements, etc.); Design the adaptations to be carried out on vessels, on equipment or on work methods to enable the installation of new components; Participate in and contribute to continuous improvement in all operational departments; Inspect selected projects to ensure that processes comply with customer specifications and applicable standards; Participate and support the activities of Health, Safety and Environment Management System. Our Ideal Colleague HasCollege degree in Naval Architecture; One (1) to three (3) years experience in a similar position; Expertise with AUTOCAD drawing software and good skills with the Microsoft suite; NDT certifications, an asset; Bilingualism; Autonomy, organization and rigour; Ability to work in a team; Ability to work under pressure.
