Hoe jouw dag eruitziet Als Senior Broker binnen het team Commodity Trade ben je verantwoordelijk voor: Het adviseren van klanten over transportgoederenverzekeringen en commodity-gerelateerde risico’s. Het sluiten van polissen voor nieuwe relaties en het onderhouden van een bestaande portefeuille. Het ontwikkelen van nieuwe proposities en het bijdragen aan productinnovatie. Het opleiden en begeleiden van collega-brokers en het vertegenwoordigen van Aon in werkgroepen. Het coördineren van het volledige proces met collega’s, accountmanagement, klanten en verzekeraars. Je werkt in een team van circa 8 professionals in Rotterdam, binnen de bredere afdeling Marine & Specialties. Flexibele werktijden, ook buiten reguliere uren voor klantbezoeken en events, zijn onderdeel van deze functie. Wat deze functie uniek maakt Je komt terecht in een gespecialiseerd team dat zich richt op commodity trade binnen een internationale context. Je werkt aan complexe dossiers en hebt direct invloed op de kwaliteit van dienstverlening. Als senior ben je een inhoudelijk klankbord voor collega’s en een aanspreekpunt voor de manager. Je draagt actief bij aan kennisdeling, zowel intern als extern, en helpt het team verder te ontwikkelen. Vigheden en ervaring die bijdragen aan succes HBO werk- en denkniveau. In bezit van Wft Basis en Wft Schade Zakelijk. Ervaring in de transportgoederenmarkt en commodity trade. Sterke communicatieve, sociale en onderhandelingsvaardigheden.
