Overview Our Client, a Banking company, is looking for a IT Analyst IV - Technical Support for their Toronto, ON/Hybrid location. Responsibilities Incident management and troubleshooting system issues Report generation using SQL and other querying tools Access provisioning via Service Now and other applications, some with AD groups Work in a fast-paced environment with SLAs Team is technical in nature; technical skills such as Outlook and MS Excel are a must.
