Store Manager, Key Responsibilities

• Influence the results, including sales and profit

• Determine your store’s product assortment through buying to the needs of the community

• Be actively involved and connect with the store’s local community

• Be part of a profitable Canadian owned company with more than 50 years of proven success

Store Manager, Key Requirements:

• A passion for customer service and merchandising excellence

• Minimum 3 years’ retail experience in a high volume, big box, fast-paced retail store

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail environment

• Entrepreneurial spirit and skills

• Strong planning and organizational skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and with learning new software"

•Excellente compréhension de la gestion d’un commerce au détail, autant pour les profits que pour les ventes;

•Capacité à examiner, analyser et prendre les mesures appropriées basées sur les résultats financiers;

•Forte compréhension de la façon de construire le fondement de la marque Tigre Géant dans la communauté;

•Esprit et compétences en entrepreneuriat;

•Un leader bien établi avec expérience à gérer des équipes;

•Style de leadership avec une habilité prouvée à générer des résultats;

•Fortes compétences en organisation et planification;

•Habileté à utiliser des programmes informatiques (Word et Excel) avec une facilité à apprendre des nouveaux logiciels.
