  • Delivering productivity savings and improving line/area reliability.
  • Applying process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen
  • Conducting research to incorporate best available techniques into processes
  • Interpreting financial results and variances, and preparing standard costs
  • Leading cross-functional teams through new product introduction activities
  • Performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions
  • Providing support to management in strategic and tactical planning
  • Coaching and developing operational personnel

What you have:

  • Post-secondary accreditation in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineerin g
  • Experience with change management principles
  • Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing Tools and Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt preferred
  • Advanced computer skills, including MS Office and ERP systems
  • Operational knowledge of process equipment and controls
  • Familiarity with GMP standards and experience in a regulated environment
  • Knowledge of project management tools and techniques
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Superior analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and ability to work independently or in a team-oriented environment
