03rd December, 2025 Position : Graduate Traffic Engineer Location : Perth, WA Employment Type : Full-Time Reports To : Senior Traffic Engineer About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Traffic Engineer to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to develop core skills in traffic engineering while working closely with an experienced Senior Traffic Engineer. Key Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of traffic engineering assessment reports. Support in responding to queries from clients, councils, and other stakeholders, initially with guidance and progressively with more independence. Contribute to the planning, analysis, and documentation required for various traffic and transport-related projects. Develop strong knowledge of relevant standards, guidelines, and local council requirements. Gradually take responsibility for managing projects independently, while still having access to mentorship and support as needed. Skills & Attributes Strong communication skills (both written and verbal). High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work. Excellent organisational and time-management abilities. A positive work ethic and willingness to learn and grow within the field of traffic engineering. Ability to work collaboratively and eventually operate independently. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related discipline. Why Join Us?
