Associate Director Medical AI

Job Description Summary Associate Director, Medical AI & Innovation translates key medical challenges into scalable AI opportunities, leading product lifecycle and co‑development of use cases in alignment with Dev AI strategy. Responsibilities Accountable for translating medical challenges into AI innovation, owning GMA AI product(s) throughout lifecycle, and integrating with Dev AI product roadmaps. Partner with medical SMEs, GMA business owners, and technical counterparts to maximize adoption. Drive cross‑functional alignment with AI & Innovation product managers, ensuring synergy with Dev AI CCE strategy and scaling best practices beyond medical affairs. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, life sciences, or related field required; advanced degree preferred. Fluent English (oral and written). Minimum 6 years of experience in technology, digital transformation, or related fields, ideally in healthcare, drug development, or life sciences. Previous experience as Product Owner or Product Manager in digital, data, AI/ML, or innovative solution development. Strong understanding of AI/ML, LLMs, agentic workflows and pragmatical application. Experience in drug development and/or medical affairs or commercial continuum.
