Customer engagement and product curiosity define this Service Champion role at JAK’s Beer Wine Spirits across the lower mainland. Evening and weekend availability is required.
As a Service Champion, you will create guest experiences through recommendations, food pairings, checkout service, and merchandising. You will receive orders, unload pallets, organize inventory, and keep products ready for guests. Customer service experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Chat with customers and recommend local favourites
- Suggest food pairings for guests
- Deliver friendly, efficient register service
- Receive orders and unload pallets
- Organize inventory and maintain the sales floor
Requirements:
- Customer-first attitude and enjoyment of helping people
- Interest in wine, craft beer, cider, or spirits
- Eagerness to continue learning product knowledge
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
