Position Name – ServiceNow Developer Type of hiring – Fulltime Location – Remote Canada Job Description: Design and development: Build, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules, including HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events, Knowledge Management, HR catalog items, and workflows Create custom widgets, portals, and components for employee self-service experiences Workflow automation : Develop flows and subflows using Flow Designer, implement notifications, approval workflows, event triggers, and manage SLA definitions Integrations : Integrate HRSD with external systems like Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or other ERP platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, integration hubs, and MID Servers Collaboration : Work closely with HR stakeholders, IT, product owners, Scrum teams, and other developers to gather requirements, conduct demos, and implement scalable solutions Agile practices : Participate in the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including sprint planning, requirements analysis, development, unit testing, validation, deployment, and documentation Compliance and best practices : Ensure adherence to coding standards, platform security, regional HR compliance, and performance optimization guidelines Reporting and analytics : Configure dashboards and reports using Performance Analytics, monitor platform adoption and user experience
