Northeastern Ontario, Canada Head Medical Full time

Great Opportunities for GP's to join our client’s Walk in Clinics in Ontario: We have an excellent opportunity for GPs to join our client’s team of 18 GPs in their 4 Clinics based in Sudbury, Ontario. The clinics are entirely walk in based so there are no pre-booked appointments and there is a huge demand for doctors in the region, meaning any GP's joining will hit the ground running with plenty of patients to see. Expectation for full time physicians is normal office hours Monday - Friday with 1 Friday evening shift (2-9 or 5-9) per month, and 2 weekend days per month (9-4). No on call commitments required, just shift coverage. Hours can also be negotiable depending on personal circumstances. All clinics have pharmacy onsite and lab / X-ray close by. Patient demographic is broad with the average being 25-80 years old. This organisation also has an RCIP program to assist doctors for permanent residency applications right away upon joining. Billings and Income: 70/30 split, 70% goes to GPs, physicians also keep 100% money on forms / notes and WSIB which amounts to additional 10%. Collectively 80/20 approximately or more for GPs. Maximum income potential can be around $850,000+ (add physician assistant) depending on how many patients seen and hours worked. The ideal doctors will have an excellent bedside manner to join their team in a friendly community setting. Any special interests or Urgent Care skills will also be welcome due to a diverse range of patients and treatments required. Benefits: Fully supported Team Visa (LMIA) sponsorship for a work permit. Inductions will include orientation with managers, and onboarding with physician assistant and physician support until comfortable with the environment. Help to arrange real estate agents and orientation at schools. Also introduction to medical affairs if interested in work at the local hospital too. The Location: Sudbury is a superb and rapidly growing city, currently with 170,000 residents and is surrounded by 30 beautiful lakes, meaning swimming, water sports and excellent recreational activities with the ability for doctors to live in lovely houses by the lakes. The city has excellent schools, one of which was ranked 17th in Canada, with both public and private school options. Sudbury also has a Medical School / University in the city if any GP's children are also keen to enter into a medical career. Requirements: Suitable candidates must have completed a full postgraduate training program in General Practice / Family Medicine from either the UK, U.S., Canada, Australia or New Zealand. If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply online and attach an up to date copy of your CV for consideration. #J-18808-Ljbffr
