About the role As a Technical Product Manager in the Enterprise Digital Office, you will shape our digital transformation, ensuring customers can find, try, buy, or renew products and services to achieve their goals. You will develop a comprehensive product vision, strategy and roadmap, set key business objectives (OKRs), leverage customer feedback and analytics to prioritize direction, and serve as the voice of the product to stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: Go from blank paper to innovative solutions that solve big customer problems. Create a bold product vision, strategy, and roadmap; inspire teams to realize the vision. Insightful market and trend analysis that drives world‑class solutions. Leverage customer insights from user experience research and analytics to drive continuous solution improvement. Accountable for product development and health. Drive strategy and roadmap using customer analytics to prioritize. Maintain and refine a backlog: create user stories and acceptance criteria, prioritize for maximum business value aligned with strategy. Ensure stories communicate customer and stakeholder needs to meet key business objectives for the product. Work in an Agile scrum team, ensuring alignment around shared goals. Understand end‑to‑end customer experience integration and dependencies. Inspire others to achieve challenging goals and high standards while fostering urgency and resourcefulness. Demonstrate a high say/do ratio and hold others to the same. About you You’re a fit if you have: 3+ years as a product manager of a B2B or B2C digital platform shipping ecommerce products. Strong product development playbook, led with customer‑driven innovation backed by qualitative and quantitative data. 3+ years in Agile (Scrum preferred) environment with proven understanding of the development life cycle. Ability to take initiative within a matrix organization and build strong relationships. History of partnering with architects and engineers to write clear user stories. Demonstrated ability to achieve bold strategic goals in an innovative, fast‑paced environment, flexing between workstreams. Experience delivering high‑impact iterative products on time and on budget. Possess knowledge of how products are designed, built, deployed, and maintained in an enterprise environment; manage risk transparently. Experience with technology and facilitation between business and tech teams. Ability to articulate complex concepts simply. Strong communication skills and ability to evangelize strategy at all levels. Prioritization based on competitive analysis, industry trends, emerging technologies, and company vision. Work effectively under rapid development cycles with large teams. Influence cross‑functional teams without formal authority. Familiarity with financial concepts and budget management.
